As a private instructor, there are only so many hours in the day when one can schedule lessons. Michael Palmisano, a fully-booked music and guitar instructor, saw the writing on the wall: there was no more room to grow.
Michael and his wife made the gutsy choice to put everything they’d saved into YouTube. It was touch and go for years. However, it all paid off: as of this writing Michael has 364,000 subscribers. The risk to stake his family’s future on YouTube paid off, big time!
Michael now can count himself among the elite group of people who can call themselves YouTube influencers. Thom asked Michael recently about his experience of building a community of fans on YouTube and what the special sauce is for success.
