Purchases made between Nov 1 - Dec 31 can be returned by Jan 31, 2025.
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase for the original form of payment, with proof of purchase. After 30 days, exchange or store
credit will be issued.

RETURNS
If the item was purchased online from Topdrawer, please return it to us directly within 30 days of purchase for a refund. We provide pre-paid return shipping labels for damaged/defective product or if we made a mistake on your order and sent the incorrect item(s).

To return your item(s):
Please enclose a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. If you do not have access to a printer, please write the order number and billing name the order was placed with. Please also include a telephone number or email address so we may contact you with questions. If the item is returned without details of the purchaser we are unable to process the return.
Place the product in a shipping box and secure using appropriate packing material (e.g. paper, packing peanuts, bubble wrap).

To be eligible for return, the item(s) must be received in original packaging in new condition. Sale items are ineligible for refund. Personalized product is ineligible for refund.
Please allow 3 - 5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed upon delivery to our facility.
Please note: We are only able to accept returns for products purchased directly from topdrawershop.com and kolo.com. Items ordered online cannot be returned/exchanged in stores.
EXCHANGES
If you would like a different product or color than what you ordered, you may return the original item in new condition and place a new order. Please follow the return instructions to send back the product you wish to replace. Your refund for your original order will be issued once the return item(s) has been received and inspected. You can place your new order at any time.
Sale items are ineligible for return/exchange. Personalized albums are ineligible for returns/exchange.
DAMAGES
Upon receipt of your order, we recommend reviewing the item(s) for any damage that may have occurred in transit. It is possible the carton may have some wear; however, if any of the items are damaged, please contact a Customer Care Representative via email customerservice@topdrawershop.com and attach a photo of the damage and if applicable the shipping carton.

So that we may better assist you, please provide the representative with your order number. The representative will work with you to resolve the issue.
To ensure a prompt resolution, please retain the original shipping carton, packing material and damaged item(s). These will need to be returned to us for review by the carrier.
MISSING PACKAGE
We provide tracking details for your order so you are aware of its pending delivery. All carriers we use provide tracking details and some will offer photos showing the package has been delivered. If the carrier has successfully delivered your package, and it is missing please call customer service.We will assist you by calling the carrier to confirm delivery at the correct address. Carriers are not liable for packages once successfully delivered.
