Best scrapbook that I can
"Best scrapbook that I can find. I have purchased six of them. I like dealing with this company."
The Icon That Defined a Category
Since 1998, the Newport has been the definitive photo album for creative professionals. The very first Kolo design, it established a new standard of archival presentation—elegant, minimal, and enduring. Beloved by photographers, designers, architects, and art directors alike, it remains the benchmark for sophisticated image preservation.
Bound with Kolo’s signature chrome-finished brass posts in a classic Chicago screw-post style, the Newport allows for effortless expansion. Pages can be added or removed with ease, allowing the album to grow over time—up to 40 or even 50 sheets (80 to 100 pages total), making it ideal for wedding albums, artist portfolios, or long-form visual storytelling.
Each album features heavyweight bookbinding board wrapped in Italian-milled book cloth, and premium, acid-free paper pages with a cloth hinge that lay flat when open. The spacious 11x14 format—our most popular—comfortably holds up to four 4x6 photos per page. Use archival photo corners or acid-free two-way photo tape to arrange images, handwritten notes, captions, or ephemera such as tickets, programs, or pressed flowers.
Available in two sizes, and also offered in bonded leather. Archival. Acid-free. Museum-worthy, yet deeply personal. The accented self-contained window on the cover perfectly fits a 4 x 6 photo to theme the album.
Page Note:
Newport albums in Black, Platinum, and Red include rich Black pages and matching end-leaves. All other colorways feature Soft-White archival pages and end-leaves.

"Very thorough, quick and helpful reply! Exceeded expectations! Especially appreciated talking directly with a person rather than a chat!"
"I have never received the posts that actually fit the extenders."
"When my book arrived it had two small fingerprints on it. I thought about it for a few days and decided to live with it. There is an opening on the cover to place a picture. When I went to put the picture in the opening was very tight and one whole side of the opening ripped out. I was very careful placing the picture and did not do anything in haste. This book was expensive and does not live up to it's expectations."
"It would have been a 5 star rating because the scrapbook is wonderful EXCEPT I haven’t received an answer to my question about the lack of instructions in the refill pages order. Specifically I asked about the compatibility of the extension hardware. It does not work!"
"This book is beautiful, it took me a while to find something without the self adhesive covers and this is exactly what I was looking for. The linen is really nice, I’ve already added extra pages and they were easy to assemble. The only bummer is that the linen around the front frame was peeling slightly when it arrived so it doesn’t look as clean. I’ll need to superglue. But for the price that definitely shouldn’t have been an issue so a little disappointing"
"I have purchased 7 Newport 11 x 14 in the last 24 years! This product is superb! The linen covers are beautiful and come in many colors. This is the best gift for any teacher! There were 25 children in my son's 1st Grade Class and I gave each child a sheet that they should decorate and send back to me. (I gave them a month to do this.) Then we inserted every child's page in the book (alphabetically by last name) and gave it to their teacher the last day of school. She loved it! This was 24 years ago and I'm sure Miss Doll still has it! She loved it and I'm sure she still has it. That was 24 years ago!"
"I have two adult children ages 26 & 30. For their Golden Birthday's I made them their Elementary Scrapbook and then I did another one for the High School & another one for College & Grad school! I have 2 Architectural Designers who live in California. This is the one thing they WILL take from their house they grew up in on weekends to their new homes in Cali. The quality is superb and kudos to the design regarding the refills! You can make this Newport Scrapbook as small as you want it or up to (I think) 45 or 50 pages. It's wonderful and nothing like it out there!"
"This scrapbook is lovely and well made. It’s also convenient to buy extra pages and photo corners that go with it!"
"Vendor cancelled my order without notifying me."
