"I love my Paper Republic le portfolio in Cognac. It was my first (but definitely not my last) purchase from the brand. I've had it 9 months and the patina is gorgeous and will only get better. I use it daily and honestly prefer it to my trifold. While it does hold most A5 notebooks, I use it for my A5 Slim notebooks (e. g. , Jibun Techo, Sterling Ink) and it's been fantastic. Highly recommend."

"I have been using this portfolio for almost a year and enjoy it more and more over time. The leather is sturdy but not heavy and it makes this product pretty compact lightweight for the size, suitable for carrying or traveling if needed. It ages well and gets smoother, shinier and “silkier” over time. The size is a bit roomier than Voyageur XL which makes it suitable for slimmer A5 notebooks. I use Jibun Techo and it fits really well. Petrol color was not love from the first sight for me but it really grew on me and I appreciate how it looks and ages. This portfolio looks really professional and is a pleasure to hold and have as a companion."

"After lots of research, I purchased this to hold both my planner and notebook. In terms of the sizing, the Paper Republic refill notebooks are slightly smaller than A5 size and fit in the Portfolio without sticking out at all. I'm currently using an A5 sized planner and a 120G edition notebook from Leuchtturm, with the hard covers removed. They fit to the edges of the portfolio, which is totally fine with me. I love the flexibility of being able to swap in different refills. You can easily fit one larger or two slim pens into the internal pen pocket, but the separate magnetic pen holder is also really nice. Definitely recommend!"
